There are four easy ways to fast track your Triple Crown nominations:

1. Nominate your horse online
2. Print and Mail Form
3. To have a nomination form mailed or emailed to you call 502.638.3825.
4. Contact the racing secretary's office at your track to submit your nomination.

The first closing for the Triple Crown was January 21, 2012. Nomination fee is $600

Nominate January 22, 2012 until March 24, 2012. Nomination fee is $6000
